does the voltaren work btw?
henri and I have been killer sore lately too. must be something in the air!!! my back is dying from hours at the sewing machine.
Hi Ruthie! The Voltaren is a bit bland, but it helps. I prefer it to the stronger pain killers my doctor uses to prescribe. I just don’t get it, the way most doctors are only concerned with the symptoms: I’d much rather take something that would soothe the inflammation rather than mask the pain.
I often use a home-made liniment (if that is the word) made from a flower whose name I can’t remember now… some kind of huge daisy-like flower. It works wonder! Unfortunately I’ve run out of it. :\
